The registration, application and A Beka book fee is non-refundable. Registration cannot be completed unless the fee is paid. Registration fees after August 1st will be pro-rated so that when the following August 1st comes, a full registration fee will be charged.
If you take your child out of St. Paul Lutheran Child Care Center, you will need to pay the pro-rated registration fee to bring your child back unless you continue to pay the monthly fees. Only by continuing to pay monthly can the space be reserved. The application fee is one time only. If you take your child out of St. Paul and bring him/her back again, you will not pay the application fee again. The A Beka Book fee is per school year (August-May) for 2's, 3's and 4 year olds.
Tuition billing/payment policies:
1.) Monthly tuition is due on the 1st and late after the 15th of each month.
2.) All registration fees must be paid in advance of service. Fees are to be remitted on a monthly, semester or yearly (August-May) school basis
3.) After enrollment and attendance, if for some reason you need to change your child's schedule, you must give a 2-week notice by the 15th of the month, in order to change your plan of days.
4.) There will be a refund for missed days or partial days.
5.) Any increase in fees will be announced at least 2 weeks in advance.
6.) A $30.00 late charge fee will be assessed on current month charges if payment is not paid by the 20th of the month. There is a penalty fee of #30.00 for insufficient funds.
7.) After 12 pm/noon (for those children who are on the half-day plan) and 6:00 P.M.(full-day plan) there will be a $1.00 charge for each minute you're late picking up your child.
Program Fees:
1.) Non-refundable Registration Fee is $175.00 with an additional $25.00 application fee (for new applicants). Due at the time of registration. Registration cannot be completed unless the fee is paid.
2.) A Beka book feeis $75.00 per school year (August-May) for 2's, 3's and 4 year-olds.
